AI / Software Engineer
Vpact builds AI and automation solutions for Dutch businesses, from small SMEs to listed companies. We do things differently from a traditional agency: lean, iterative and live fast. What you'll do
You work primarily on client projects: building and expanding applications, systems and agents. Sometimes you have direct client contact, sometimes you build alongside our AI consultants. You work closely with our senior software engineer and also own projects from start to finish.
You have plenty of room to experiment and help shape how we build things. We have strong internal systems and workflows, and you get unlimited token spend so you can work freely with the best AI tooling.
Who you are
You're a mid-level to senior engineer who can build independently. You have experience with modern web development and ideally a full-stack background, though that matters less in this AI era than it once did. What counts more is that you move fast and deliver quality.
Experience building with AI is a hard requirement. You've worked with tools like Cursor, Codex or Claude Code and know what it means to make AI a genuine part of what you build.
