LaunchPad is the platform on which Vpact builds applications and AI agents for your organisation. It consists of proven building blocks with security and compliance already handled, so no foundation has to be laid from scratch each time. Built new, or existing software taken to production level.

### How long before something works?

Six weeks to a working first version. The process runs through a 45-minute intake, two to three in-depth interviews, iterative development with weekly demos, functional tests and a security review, and then go-live.

### Can you build on an application that already exists?

Yes. Taking a prototype or legacy software to the next level is one of the two routes on LaunchPad. The platform provides the foundation: security, compliance, monitoring and hosting. At Partnion, Vpact built a client portal on top of the existing system without replacing it.

### Does what you build comply with the AI Act and the GDPR?

Yes. Applications on LaunchPad are delivered AI Act compliant and GDPR-proof, with security built in by default rather than added afterwards. Before go-live there is a security review and an acceptance test with end users.

### What happens after go-live?

Go-live includes production deployment, monitoring and alerting, plus documentation and handover to your own team. After that Vpact remains available for monthly maintenance, proactive monitoring and further development of new functionality.
