### What exactly does Vpact do?

Vpact builds AI agents and applications for Dutch organisations, and keeps them running in production. There are two routes: Vpact OS, a ready-to-run AI platform that sits on top of your existing software, or a custom application built on the LaunchPad platform. The office is in Alkmaar, the Netherlands.

### What is the difference between Vpact OS and LaunchPad?

Vpact OS is something you switch on, LaunchPad is something we build for you. Vpact OS connects your existing systems, after which your team asks questions, drafts documents and runs analyses with the context of the whole organisation. LaunchPad is the platform on which Vpact builds a dedicated application or AI agent for one specific process.

### How long before a Vpact AI solution is live?

For a custom application on LaunchPad there is a working first version within six weeks, via intake, interviews, development and testing. Vpact OS is faster, because nothing has to be built: the first integration is typically live within a few weeks.

### What kind of companies does Vpact work for?

Dutch organisations, from small businesses to listed companies. Vpact has helped over sixty companies, among others in e-commerce, wholesale, events and professional services. The office is in Alkmaar and the consultants travel across the Netherlands to work on site.

### Does our company data stay in Europe?

Yes. Vpact OS runs entirely in the EU, under a data processing agreement, and your data is never used to train AI models. That is contractually fixed. Custom applications on LaunchPad are built to the same rules: AI Act compliant and GDPR-proof.

### Do we have to replace our current software?

No. Vpact OS sits as a layer over your existing systems: your CRM, ERP and mail stay exactly as they are and your data stays where it is. Custom work follows the same principle. At Partnion a client portal was built on top of the existing system rather than replacing it.

### Who is behind Vpact?

Reinier de Graaf and Bruno de Vries. Reinier is a senior software engineer and responsible for the engineering, Bruno is a senior digital designer and digital strategist. The company was registered on 3 September 2025; both had already been working together on Vpact for a year through their own sole proprietorships.
